Last updated: June 2, 2026. This policy explains how N&B Smart Picks handles customer, order, contact and app usage information for the website and PWA shopping experience.
When you place an order, contact support, subscribe to updates or use order tracking, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, country, order reference, selected products, cart totals and messages you send to us.
We use this information to process orders, send checkout or support messages, provide payment instructions, manage fulfillment, prevent abuse and improve the shopping experience.
Manual PayPal and Revolut checkout creates a pending order and shows payment instructions inside the app. Card or wallet credentials must be handled by approved payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal and must not be stored in frontend code.
Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or similar tools are prepared for production but should only be enabled with accurate consent and disclosure for the markets where the store sells.
