When you place an order, contact support, subscribe to updates or use order tracking, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, country, order reference, selected products, cart totals and messages you send to us.
We use this information to process orders, send checkout or support messages, provide payment instructions, manage fulfillment, prevent abuse and improve the shopping experience.
Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. N&B Smart Picks does not store full card or wallet credentials.
We use first-party shopping measurement only to produce aggregate statistics for this site, such as product views, cart additions and checkout visits. A temporary random session identifier is hashed on the server and is not stored with a name, email, address or IP. These records are deleted after 120 days, are not combined across sites or used for targeted ads, and respect supported browser tracking-preference signals. Optional marketing technologies follow the consent choices shown on the site.
